Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FolderIcons or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

FolderIcons sells digital folder icon skins for macOS and Windows. Skins are unlocked with credits purchased in packs. Browsing the gallery requires no account; unlocking, downloading, and purchasing require signing in.

Credits

• Credits are purchased in one-time packs and never expire.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
• The credit price of each skin is shown on its detail page before unlocking.
• New accounts may receive promotional welcome credits; we may adjust promotional amounts for future signups at any time.

Skin Ownership & License

When you unlock a skin you receive a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive license to use the icon files on devices you own. You may re-download your unlocked skins at any time, free of charge. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the icon files or download links.
• Include the artwork in products, templates, or icon packs you distribute.
• Claim authorship of the artwork.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of FolderIcons and its artists.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Creem as merchant of record). All sales are final — credits and skin unlocks are digital goods delivered instantly and are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for details, including the handling of duplicate or erroneous charges.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service: no automated scraping of assets, no attempts to bypass download authorization, no sharing of account access, and no use of the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; permanently banned accounts forfeit access to unlocked content without refund.

Disclaimer & Liability

The service and all skins are provided "as is". Icon installation modifies folder appearance only and does not alter your files; nevertheless we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
