All Sales Are Final
FolderIcons sells digital goods — credit packs and folder icon skins that are delivered instantly and permanently to your account. Because of the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Credit packs — once a credit pack purchase completes, the credits are added to your account and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.
- Skin unlocks — once a skin is unlocked (whether with credits or as a free member skin), the unlock is permanent and the credits spent cannot be returned.
- Downloads — once a download link has been issued, the associated purchase cannot be reversed.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Icon skins are delivered in full, immediately, with no trial period or recurring charge. Every skin's detail page shows complete, accurate preview images of exactly what you will receive, and three free skins (plus free welcome credits) let you verify the full unlock-and-install flow on your device before spending anything.
Before You Buy
- Try a free skin first to confirm the icons install correctly on your macOS or Windows version.
- Review the preview images on each skin's page — what you see is what you get.
- Check the included install guide requirements: macOS 10.13+ or Windows 10/11.
Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged but did not receive your credits, or were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us through the support widget on the site within 14 days. Verified payment errors (e.g. a duplicate charge for a single order) will be corrected — this is the only circumstance in which a payment is reversed.
